Key Responsibilities

- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project Planner to track project progress and manage workflows
- Collect and document business requirements, creating detailed technical documentation and user stories for development teams
- Ensure data quality and integrity while working with SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Identify and resolve project risks and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation for IT-related projects
- Analyze project performance data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, analysts, and business leaders, to streamline IT project implementation
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT project management, logistics technology, and data visualization
Required Skills and Experience
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies are an advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or as a Scrum Master in a large-scale organization
- Experience managing IT/software projects, preferably within the logistics and supply chain industry
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Microsoft Project Planner
- Hands-on experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis
- Knowledge of SQL queries and data visualization concepts for project reporting
- Familiarity with IT project documentation, user manual preparation, and training material creation
- Experience in machine learning and Python is an added advantage
