Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is hiring a Watch Service Technician to carry out high-quality repairs and servicing of watches and clocks. What You'll Do

• Perform technical and professional repairs on luxury and standard timepieces
• Assess the authenticity and reparability of watches
• Provide accurate technical estimates for service and repairs
• Carry out quality control checks on completed service work
• Maintain and follow technical documentation and procedures
• Support the after-sales service team in achieving service revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Monitor, record, and report recurring technical issues for review and improvement

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a watch technician or horologist
• Technical training or certification in watch repair preferred
• Strong attention to detail with ability to handle delicate mechanisms
• Team player with the ability to manage workload independently
• Experience in both mechanical and quartz timepieces is an advantage
• Ability to handle service documentation and quality assurance procedures
