A well-established Automotive Company is looking for a Warranty Administrator with the below qualifications. Qualifications:
High school diploma or associate degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a warehouse automotive parts setting preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Tasks:
Processing all warranty tickets and ensuring proper documentation required by the manufacturer.
Keeping track of all factories\xe2\x80\x99 recalls and announcements
Follow up on all outstanding warranty claims
Submit extended warranty and maintenance plans for payment
Reconcile all warranty schedules
Assist with another administrative task in the service department as needed
Prepare, submit, code, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies
Pay close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department and Collision Center receive proper credit and monies due.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
