Coordination and organization of spare parts offers and orders according to Liebherr standards
Responsible for the support of the service department and service engineers
Supporting the sales department in regards to spare parts
Responsible for the LDU based spare part stock and dispatch area
Correspondence with MCC spare part administrators
Technical clarification in regards to spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers
Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals.
Pro-active offering of modification kits and exchange programs
Follow-up for quotations and evaluation of reasons for not received orders
Booking and invoicing of spare parts, service and warranty orders and follow up
Dispatch of orders in collaboration with MCC Spare Parts Manager.
Forwarding of shipping documents to customers.
Monitoring of customer accounts and active collection of outstanding invoices together with LDU accounts department
Arranging and dispatching of quality certificates.
Processing of complaints regarding spare parts orders
Journal duty (availability as agreed)
Preparation of proposals for stock keeping
Working according to rules with internal software
Preparation of customer data (enquiries, orders) as required (like crane serial number, deliver address, checking of correct part numbers, is part installed in relevant crane, etc.) for Head of Customer Services
Proactive coordination and follow up with warranty deliveries from- and towards customers
Ensure on time return deliveries of warranty parts
Competencies
Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner
Support of Service Engineers, Technical Advisors and HoCS
Handling of customer requests within the range of customer service
Assistance for execution of market and competitor analyses
Administrative and organisational duties such as data processing, warranty handling, commercial invoicing etc.
Excellent communication skills (English Written and spoken)
German language skills would be a great advantage
Good knowledge in MS-Office
Working according to rules with internal software
