Job Description

Warehouse Operations

Receive materials including

valves, flanges, fittings, piping items, consumables, and PPE

. Verify incoming materials against

delivery notes, POs, and packing lists

. Ensure proper

identification, labeling, and storage

of materials. Maintain warehouse housekeeping in line with

HSE standards

.
Inventory Control

Maintain accurate

stock records

in ERP or inventory systems. Conduct

physical stock counts

, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Monitor

minimum stock levels

and report shortages or excess stock. Support inventory audits and inspections.
Dispatch & Logistics Support

Prepare materials for dispatch as per

delivery instructions

. Coordinate packing, marking, and loading activities. Ensure dispatch documentation is complete and accurate. Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely deliveries.
Quality & Documentation Coordination

Ensure materials are stored and handled to prevent

damage or deterioration

. Segregate and identify

non-conforming or damaged materials

. Coordinate with QC for inspection and documentation (MTCs, certificates). Maintain proper

warehouse documentation and records

.
HSE Compliance

Follow

health, safety, and environmental procedures

at all times. Ensure safe handling of materials and use of PPE. Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses.
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with

sales, procurement, QC, and logistics teams

. Provide regular updates on stock status and material availability. Assist in internal, external, and client audits.
