Zahr Freighters is seeking a reliable and organized

Warehouse Officer

to oversee and manage warehouse operations at our

Dubai

facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth logistics coordination, and timely dispatch of goods. If you have a strong background in warehouse supervision and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials

Maintain accurate records of inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments

Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all warehouse items

Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely deliveries

Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed

Plan and organize stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verifications

Identify areas of improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management

Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics flow

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Must be based in
