Our Catering Company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented
Receiving & Warehouse Officer
with previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and food & beverage supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-volume operations, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and accurate stock control for smooth kitchen and catering operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory control (hospitality/catering/F&B industry experience preferred)
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety handling procedures
Skills
Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, and issuing procedures for food and catering supplies
Proficiency in using warehouse software and inventory management systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and the kitchen team
Physical ability to handle stock movement and warehouse tasks
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of stock items in the warehouse
Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs timely
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and daily stock movements
Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal audits
