Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

to join our team and support our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management for hardware products. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Track and manage the flow of materials, tools, and products from suppliers to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and place orders to maintain an optimal inventory of hardware products. Analyze and report on logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiency, and streamline processes. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in transportation, storage, and delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of orders, shipments, receipts, and invoices. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, to resolve any supply chain or logistics challenges. Provide regular status updates to management regarding logistics activities and supply chain performance.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role, preferably in the hardware or construction industry. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution. Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and the hardware industry is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
