Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing logistics strategies and plans.
2. Managing and coordinating the movement of goods and products.
3. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that materials are available for delivery.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborating with vendors, suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
6. Analyzing and optimizing logistics operations to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
7. Maintaining accurate records of Inventory, shipments and receipts.
8. Managing and resolving any issues related to logistics, including delays or damaged goods.
