Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to join M.R.S. team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of inventory management, and experience in warehouse operations. Experience in Food Distribution and Concession Equipment will be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Perform inventory cycle counts. Utilize NetSuite (ERP) for inventory tracking, data analysis, and reporting. Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement and maintain inventory records. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and stock replenishment. Adhere to safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Comply with HACCP standards and DWC Safety Protocols

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong understanding of distribution and daily stock deliveries, manage delivery vehicles Able to manage warehouse staff, drivers Previous experience in warehouse management; Food distribution industry experience is a plus. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with various departments.
