Job Purpose
To ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing efficient parts delivery and return operations at the CPD warehouse. The Warehouse Executive leads and supports the delivery counter team, ensuring continuous process improvement through effective team management and collaboration.
Principal Accountabilities
To ensure high level of customer satisfaction, by providing excellent services & support at the delivery counter area in CPD warehouse. Ensuring on-time parts delivery & returns.
Guidance & coaching, allocating manpower according to the department's requirement, assigning tasks & leading by example.
Team members, SOPs, plan & apply new ideas and take feedback into consideration with KAIZEN mindset.
Customer Complaint handling, while focusing on CSI targets. With fully monitoring the customer journey process .
Collaboration with various internal teams to meet their requirements and provide the warehouse services on time.
Ensure the punctuality of staff and 5S in the operation.
Assigns daily jobs, controls subordinates with the appropriate work techniques and procedures to achieve the given tasks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in automotive industry
Team-work
Detail-oriented
Strong communication
Leadership skills and ability to guide subordinates professionally
