WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely coordination of distribution activities, supporting overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Executive. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Proficiency in SAP systems for transaction and record management. Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Must be currently residing in Qatar. Possession of a valid QID and Food Handling Certificate. Immediate availability to join.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Planning & Coordination:

Plan and schedule deliveries to meet 100% of delivery targets. Assign deliveries to the correct delivery teams for optimal efficiency. Coordinate with commercial and distribution teams to understand requirements and resolve operational issues. Analyze cancelled orders daily and work with relevant teams to minimize cancellations. Ensure proper utilization of distribution resources (vehicles and manpower).
System & Documentation Management:

Capture all system transactions accurately with zero errors to maintain up-to-date records. Maintain daily records of processed orders and share relevant reports with the line manager. Keep accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
Warehouse Operations:

Perform 100% checking and verification of all inbound and outbound goods. Ensure compliance with FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse. Sort, arrange, and label goods systematically for easy identification. Participate in regular inventory counts and stock audits.
Continuous Improvement:

Suggest innovative ideas to improve delivery planning and warehouse efficiency. Support process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce operational delays.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Proficiency in SAP systems for transaction and record management. Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
