JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for administrative tasks related to material management in the ERP and for tasks associated with inward and outward material movement including reconciliation of inventory.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years in Warehouse Administrative tasks
Computer proficiency in software applications to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Inventory Management ERPs
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
ROLE
To conduct all materials management activities safely and in accordance with the Company's HSE policies
To manage the receipt, storage, usage, return and re-supply of consumables and capital items
To ensure the storage and handling of any hazardous materials in accordance with Company policy, manufacturers' recommendations and local legislation
To produce timely reports on the inventory and usage of spares
To conduct periodic reviews of stock levels and make recommendations for changes
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out all duties in the safest possible manner and ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly
Maintain the warehouse inventory of spares in accordance with Nabors systems
Provide for security under safe lock and key of the spares inventory
Monitor the maximum safe storage periods for any items which have prescribed shelf life limits
Arrange for Materials Transfers (MTs) for movement of materials
Monitor reports of all outstanding shipments (inward and outward)
Produce monthly inventory and financial reports of stock levels, issues, receipts and values
Keep records of materials movements and inventory levels, issues and produce reports to the Area Office in a format which meets local customs and fiscal requirements for reporting purposes
Carry out receiving function in ERP for equipment deliveries
Provide on the job training for Trainee Storekeepers or warehouse personnel
Cooperate with specialist and/or subcontractor personnel in the preparation of accurate customs and other documentation required for the importation or exportation of spares
The employee is responsible for performing duties in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and quality objectives
The employee has the necessary authority to make decisions within their scope of work and escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
The employee is accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their work, as well as for reporting any non-conformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliances, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
