Position Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Waiter/Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in hospitality
, excellent
customer service skills
, and the ability to
lead and support front-of-house operations
. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred to ensure smooth communication with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, making recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to maintain service standards.
Ensure tables are properly set up and dining areas are clean and presentable at all times.
Communicate effectively between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Support the training and motivation of junior service staff to maintain team performance.
Monitor service quality, table turnover, and guest satisfaction during shifts.
Maintain compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Assist in inventory control and reporting to management.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a waiter, head waiter, or supervisor in a
high-end or fine dining restaurant
.
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is essential.
Strong understanding of hospitality, food, and beverage service standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead by example and work efficiently under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in
Hospitality Management
or
Food & Beverage Service
preferred.
Prior experience in
fusion or fine dining cuisine
is an advantage.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software is desirable.
