Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Supervise daily front-of-house operations during service hours.
xc2xb7 Lead and support the waitstaff, ensuring smooth coordination and teamwork.
xc2xb7 Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
xc2xb7 Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
xc2xb7 Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.
xc2xb7 Assist in training new staff and conducting performance check-ins.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
xc2xb7 Uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
Requirements
xc2xb7 Minimum 35 years of experience in a supervisory or head waiter role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
xc2xb7 Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
xc2xb7 Strong leadership and communication skills.
xc2xb7 Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and dining etiquette.
xc2xb7 Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
xc2xb7 Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
xc2xb7 Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
