The Office Waiter Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of waiters and office hospitality staff to ensure efficient service delivery within the office environment. This role ensures that refreshments, meeting setups, and client hospitality are handled professionally and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
Manage, train, and schedule office waiters and hospitality staff.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to maintain high service standards.
Service Coordination:
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of refreshments to employees and guests.
Oversee meeting room setups, including beverages and snacks.
Quality Control:
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in pantry and service areas.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor stock levels of beverages, snacks, and service items.
Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Customer Service:
Handle special requests for VIP guests or events.
Address and resolve any service-related complaints promptly.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on service operations and inventory usage.
