Job Title: E-commerce Visual & Content Designer (Furniture & Mattress)

Job Summary:

We seek a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Visual & Content Designer to enhance our online presence. This role involves producing high-quality product photography, engaging content, and visually appealing catalogs and merchandise for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography, content creation, and e-commerce best practices, with a particular emphasis on advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills within the home furniture and mattress industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Photography & Image Editing

Plan and execute professional photoshoots for mattresses and home furniture, ensuring images are high-resolution and showcase products effectively. Set up appropriate lighting, backdrops, and props to highlight product features. Edit and retouch images using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to enhance quality and consistency. Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and retrieval.

Content Creation & Management

Develop compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional content that align with our brand voice and SEO strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

Catalog & Merchandise Development

Design and produce digital catalogs and promotional materials that effectively showcase our product range. Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure product listings are accurate and visually appealing. Monitor and analyze product performance to inform future content and merchandising strategies.

Shopify Store Management

Upload and manage product listings on our Shopify platform, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Optimize product pages for user experience and conversion rates. Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

3D Modeling & Rendering

Create detailed and realistic 3D models of furniture and mattresses using industry-standard software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya. Apply textures, materials, and lighting to models to produce photorealistic renders suitable for marketing and product visualization. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to integrate 3D assets into promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D modeling and rendering to continually enhance the quality of visual content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Marketing, Design, 3D Modeling, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product photography, content creation, and 3D modeling/rendering, preferably within the home furniture or mattress industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya). Strong understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce best practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with video production and editing. Knowledge of 3D rendering engines such as V-Ray or Arnold. Familiarity with AI tools for image generation and content creation.
