WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We offer an opportunity for Content Designer/Marketing professional. You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with marketing strategists, and other creative professionals.

AS SUCH, YOUR MISSIONS ARE:

? Design and Conceptualization: Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, flyers, infographics, and presentation templates.

? Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual representation across all channels, aligning designs with the company's brand guidelines.

? Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative visuals for advertising and promotional campaigns, aiming to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

? Content Creation: Develop compelling graphics that enhance written content, making it more engaging and shareable on social media platforms and other marketing channels.

? Video Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging short videos, reels, and animations to support digital marketing campaigns.

? Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activities to continuously improve design concepts and marketing strategies.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Content design, with a focus on marketing materials and branding in Education industry

Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro) and other relevant graphic design tools.

Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALLE, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to optimize design workflows and content creation.

Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, and CorelDRAW is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

Autonomous and spontaneous

Organized and rigorous and able to work on several projects in parallel

You know how to manage priorities

Experience with event branding and on-ground marketing collateral creation.

Basic photography and photo editing skills.
