creative all-in-one visual content professional

who can capture, design, and edit compelling marketing materials across platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile

Photographer / Videographer / Graphic Designer / Video Editor

to join our in-house marketing team. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content for social media, property listings, campaigns, presentations, and branded materials.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality

photos and videos

of properties (interiors, exteriors, community shots, etc.) for marketing use. Plan, shoot, and edit

video content

for social media, campaigns, events, and promotional materials. Design eye-catching

graphics, layouts, and branded templates

for brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media posts. Collaborate closely with the marketing specialist to execute the weekly content plan. Organize and manage digital content libraries, naming conventions, and storage. Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand identity and quality standards. Stay up to date with creative trends, real estate marketing styles, and digital content techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in

photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing

- ideally across all four disciplines. Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Suite

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or equivalent tools. Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, color, and motion. A

portfolio

showcasing your previous work across these areas is

required

(personal or professional). Experience in real estate is a

plus

but not mandatory. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and quality. Must be

currently based in Dubai

and available for

full-time, in-office work
