We are an established real estate development company in Dubai, dedicated to creating high quality residential projects. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team to enhance our brand identity and visual presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop creative marketing materials including brochures, digital ads, property presentations, and social media content.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce property launch campaigns, project branding, and promotional materials.
Create visual concepts, layouts, and graphics consistent with brand identity.
Design digital assets for websites, online listings, and other platforms.
Ensure all creative outputs align with project themes, design guidelines, and brand standards.
Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos of properties and projects, including property render videos, and create marketing materials using these assets.
Support event branding, corporate presentations, and internal communications materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in related field).
2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
Strong skills in graphic design and visual content creation tools, including Canva, Photoshop, video editing applications, and AI design tools.
Strong creative sense with attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media design formats.
Video editing and motion graphics experience is a strong advantage.
