Handle end-to-end filing of visit visa applications for various countries in Europe, UK, Canada, Australia and other Asian countries.
Communicate with clients to collect required documentation and verify their completeness and authenticity.
Prepare, review, and submit visa applications according to embassy or consulate guidelines.
Track application statuses, provide regular updates to clients, and follow up with embassies or visa centers as needed.
Maintain accurate and updated client records in the company database.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, counseling) for smooth handover and post-filing support.
Provide basic counseling regarding visit visa processes and requirements.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and documentation requirements.
Manage appointment bookings with embassies, visa application centers (VACs), and other authorities.
Address client queries related to visit visa processing timelines, fees, and documentation.
Ensure high levels of client service quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in visit visa filing and operations is a must, preferably in an immigration consultancy or travel agency.
Experience dealing with embassies and consulates is an advantage.
Knowledge of multiple country visa processes is preferred.
