The Operations Executive (Processing Team - Renewals) is responsible for managing and coordinating all renewal-related processes, ensuring timely submission of applications and documentation to relevant authorities and vendors. The role involves close coordination with the sales and accounts teams, strict adherence to deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM and filing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Submit renewal applications and required documents to relevant authorities and vendors (e.g., AFZA, JAFZA, SHAMS, RAKEZ, TECOM, FTA, DSOA, DWC).
Facilitate with responsible personnel for related tasks such as Ejari renewals, visa processing, etc
Raise payment requests in the CRM Payments system and ensure processing within a maximum of 24 hours.
Upload accurate tax invoices for all payment requests.
Follow up with vendors regularly to ensure timely processing of all applications.
Escalate delays or issues proactively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Update CRM (Accounts, Visas, and Contacts tabs) accurately based on applications processed.
Ensure all documents are correctly filed, saved, and easily retrievable.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, renewals, or similar roles.
Experience in handling UAE authority/vendor applications is highly desirable.
