Go Kite Travel and Tours LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Global Visa Operations Executive

to manage and coordinate visa processing services across multiple countries. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling

Work Visas, Student Visas, and Dependent Visas

with a strong understanding of international visa regulations, especially from a Dubai-based agency perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end visa processing for

work, student, and dependent visa

categories across various countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen states, and more. Review and verify all documentation required for visa applications. Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers to track and manage applications. Advise clients on country-specific visa requirements, procedures, timelines, and documentation. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, application fees, and procedural changes. Liaise with educational institutions, employers, and sponsors for verification and supporting documents. Provide consultation and personalized guidance to clients based on visa type and destination. Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups and document collection. Manage visa rejections, resubmissions, and appeal processes where applicable. Maintain accurate records of all applications and generate regular reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of

visa operations experience in Dubai

, preferably with a travel or visa agency. Expertise in processing

work, student, and dependent visas

for major destinations. Strong understanding of visa documentation, embassy processes, and timelines. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple applications and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of visa portals is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
