Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in outbound holidays and visa processing
In-depth knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations (USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, etc.)
Strong destination knowledge and itinerary planning skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Proficiency in GDS, CRM systems, and MS Office (preferred)

Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Customer-focused with a professional approach
