Visa Consultant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

Manage, train, and mentor a team of visa consultants to ensure high efficiency and compliance. Monitor team performance, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement strategies. Ensure consultants are updated on

UAE visa rules (GDRFA, ICP, MOFA, and Emirates ID regulations)

.

2. UAE Visa Processing & Compliance

Oversee

inbound UAE visas

(Employment, Tourist, Visit, Residence, Investor, Golden Visa) and

outbound visas

(Schengen, UK, US, etc.) for UAE residents. Verify documents, assess eligibility, and handle complex visa cases (rejections, appeals, cancellations). Ensure compliance with

UAE immigration authorities (GDRFA, ICP, Amer Centers, Typing Centers, etc.)

. Maintain relationships with PROs, government offices, and embassies/consulates in the UAE.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

Resolve escalated client issues related to visa delays, rejections, or documentation problems. Liaise with HR departments, corporate clients, and government entities for smooth visa processing. Provide expert advice on

UAE visa changes (e.g., new labor laws, digital systems like ICP Smart Services)

.

4. Operational Efficiency & Reporting

Optimize visa application workflows to reduce processing time. Track KPIs (approval rates, turnaround time) and report to management. Ensure proper record-keeping as per

UAE data protection laws

.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (UAE attestation preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in UAE visa processing

(inbound & outbound).

Proven team management experience in a UAE visa consultancy, PRO company, or travel agency.

Hands-on experience with

UAE systems (GDRFA, ICP, Amer, Tawjeeh, Tasheel, etc.)

Skills:

Expert knowledge of

UAE immigration laws and visa types

. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an

advantage

). Proficiency in visa software and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
