Job Summary
The VP-Sales is responsible for overseeing all sales and revenue-generating activities within the Group by developing and executing strategic plans to maximize revenue growth. The VP will further develop and lead a diverse sales team with a key focus on continued innovation, optimizing sales, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and communicating sales growth strategies with CEO, Board of Directors, and other key department heads.
Develop a stellar sales team to support the organization's growth plans.
Successfully plan a GTM strategy for a "specialty at scale" food business.
Oversee the sales organization to ensure robust pipeline development and consistent deal closure.
Partner with the marketing team to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Develop data driven metrics to measure performance.
Recommend appropriate strategy to refine the product mix.
Create a robust pricing model with customer segmentation and channel penetration in mind.
Develop customer-centric best practices that fosters long-term partnerships and business growth.
Qualifications
Qualifications
15+ years of leadership experience in UAE Real estate sales with a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop integrated business and sales plan to support a scaling business with a diverse property portfolio.
Ability to hire, lead, and influence a diverse team during change, while maintaining cooperation, motivation and cohesiveness.
Experience:
Strong sales leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Languages
: English + (French/Russian/Deutsche/ Dutch, etc optional)
