Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a highly driven and knowledgeable Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in off-plan property sales, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and a passion for helping clients invest in future developments with confidence.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, and project timelines Conduct presentations and property tours, including virtual showings for international clients Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and prospective buyers Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and regulatory developments Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial procedures Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and enhance property exposure Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in the UAE In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate development landscape Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Professional presentation and communication skills Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
