Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the off-plan property market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to guide clients through the investment process from initial inquiry to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan properties from top UAE developers
Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, and project timelines
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and investors
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
Stay informed on market trends, new launches, and regulatory updates
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support sales efforts
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales
Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and developer offerings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, or Arabic are an asset
Professional appearance and client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
UAE driving license preferred
