Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in selling off-plan properties, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for guiding clients through investment opportunities in emerging developments.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers Conduct client consultations and present investment opportunities with detailed project insights Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and international buyers Stay informed about new launches, payment plans, construction timelines, and market trends Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to support sales campaigns and transactions Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in off-plan property sales in the UAE Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai off-plan developments and investment zones Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused
