Job Description

: To motivate the team to meet monthly targets, build relationships and understanding customer trends. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management for the team - number of new leads a month, qualified leads, meetings with leads, closure of leads, etc
  • 100% activation of the team
  • Responsible for training for all new projects as soon as the projects are launched
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments
  • Internal sales meetings \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 1 meeting per staff per day
  • Targets \xe2\x80\x93 Average of AED 50,000 per month per employee in your team
  • Call monitoring
  • Efficient use the CRM system, including leads management, meetings and business closed being updated regularly
  • Month closing to happen on the last day of every month
  • Hiring qualified property consultants
All the above points will be analysed on a weekly basis. What we provide:
