Aware of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features, and benefits, especially in GCC countries.
Having core competency to participate in the company goal to increase the current product line of the vehicle business.
Develop creative and innovative procurement processes sourcing the products by managing the existing suppliers and new suppliers as well for our current vehicle business.
Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings.
Manage relationships with existing suppliers and select and develop new suppliers with market research and coordinate with the sales team to provide them with product availability information.
Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues.
Review and negotiate existing agreements with the supplier to optimize commercial terms.
Ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in line with the purchasing policy.
Ensure the products are sourced in full and aligned to production schedules and customer requirements.
Ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in the Vehicle inspection process and the value is derived appropriately
