Our service innovation provides short-term car rentals, with our entire fleet of cars accessible through our Smartphone App. Licensed by Dubai RTA, we enable a solution that addresses increasing car demands, higher energy costs and limited parking slots, while reducing the negative impacts of private vehicle ownership. About The Role: We are recruiting for a fleet executive to assist the fleet manager ensuring the vehicles are on boarded, maintained and de - fleeted. Reporting on each stage and highlighting pain points to the fleet manager. Responsibilities: Maintain Company Fleet Record around new cars, current fleet and off boarded vehicles. Maintain the invoices and records for the maintenance of the fleet. Ensure the vehicles are onboarded to the quality standards set by the fleet manager. Collaborate with the maintenance teams to coordinate transportation of cars to garages Establish and maintain vehicle operating and maintenance cost records, and evaluate the information for purpose of vehicle disposal and replacement. Report on inventory levels and report to fleet manager. Manage tasks through fleet management system. Work with outside vendors to acquire needed products or services. Enforce safety regulations and policies. Perform other job duties as assigned. Other tasks based on the requirements from the fleet manager. Requirements: Administrative with automotive experience is preferred; Ability to thrive in a team-based environment; Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive; Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines; Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies; Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in English language; Experience as an auto mechanic Graduate degree UAE Experience Knowledge about UAE Roads and RTA rules Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
