Vansales Supervisor - Frozen

Job Summary:

The Vansales Supervisor - Frozen is responsible for overseeing the daily vansales operations for frozen food products. This includes managing vansales representatives, ensuring proper storage and handling of frozen goods, meeting sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role requires close coordination with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of vansales representatives handling frozen products. Ensure frozen goods are stored, handled, and transported in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards (e.g., maintaining cold chain requirements). Monitor and maintain daily route performance and ensure sales targets are met. Conduct daily sales team briefings and debriefings. Plan and optimize vansales routes to maximize efficiency and coverage. Review vansales reports, analyze data, and provide feedback to improve performance. Manage stock levels on vans and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed. Coordinate with warehouse and cold storage teams to ensure timely replenishment of van inventory. Train and mentor vansales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and hygiene practices. Handle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively. Implement promotional plans and monitor their execution in the field. Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor outstanding balances.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in vansales or field sales, preferably in frozen food or FMCG industry. Proven experience in supervising teams and achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and frozen product handling. Valid driver's license
