Van Sales Supervisor
to lead our van sales operations and drive growth across retail outlets.
Job Summary:
The Van Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Van Sales Representatives, ensuring daily sales targets are met, and maintaining full market coverage through effective route planning, stock management, and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily van operations, ensuring timely dispatch and full journey plan execution.
Monitor and motivate Van Sales Representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ensure numeric and weighted distribution across all outlets.
Implement merchandising standards and maintain product visibility as per company guidelines.
Drive new product listings and execute promotions and trade offers effectively.
Maintain proper stock rotation and manage near-expiry or damaged goods.
Collect daily sales reports, verify cash collection, and ensure accurate deposit handling.
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales manager.
Conduct regular market visits to support the team and strengthen customer relationships.
Ensure vans are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Van Sales (supervisory level preferred).
Strong understanding of general trade channels and market dynamics.
Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in sales reporting and basic computer usage (Excel, POS).
Valid driving license.
