Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of Van Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and manage route efficiency.
Implement visual merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional executions in all outlets.
Review sales performance data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to company sales policies, credit limits, and collection procedures.
Train, coach, and evaluate field teams to enhance productivity and performance.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor distribution, pricing, and competitor activities.
Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Supply Chain for order accuracy, delivery timelines, and route optimization.
Requirements:
Proficient in English communication
(spoken and written).
Minimum
2 years of experience as a Van Sales Supervisor
in the FMCG industry.
Strong reporting and analytical skills -- proficiency in Excel and sales dashboards is a must.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid UAE driving license.
Experience in the Tobacco Division
or related product categories is a strong advantage.
