Key Responsibilities
Market Analytics and Strategy

  • Maintain and analyze customer and market data to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular market intelligence on competition, pricing trends, promotions, and demand patterns
  • Conduct feasibility studies using inputs from agents, distributors, and customers to assess current and future LPG demand
Product Pricing and Commercial Control
  • Adjust LPG cylinder pricing for distributors, government, and commercial customers as directed by management
  • Support pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business objectives
Sales Operations and Business Development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and agents
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market monitoring, cold calling, and project tracking
  • Receive and process purchase orders for cash and credit customers, ensuring timely system entry
  • Coordinate with technical, supply, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for LPG supply
  • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, delivery, and specifications with management approval
  • Conduct customer site visits, including storage facility inspections, to support sales and compliance
Credit Management and Collections
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Review customer payment performance reports and initiate corrective actions where required
  • Assess creditworthiness of new customers and support credit account opening procedures
  • Control monthly approved quantities for credit customers in line with bank guarantees and credit limits
  • Collect and verify customer documentation including business details, banking information, and demand forecasts
Customer Service and Satisfaction
  • Ensure LPG supply and service quality meet customer specifications and expectations
  • Address customer queries and complaints promptly in coordination with internal departments
  • Analyze complaint trends and implement preventive measures to improve service quality
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
  • Build effective working relationships with internal departments across ADNOC Distribution
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including consultants, government authorities, and industry partners
  • Represent the organization at seminars, exhibitions, trade events, and networking forums
Continuous Market Development
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LPG products, services, market demand, competition, and pricing
