Job Description

As a Valuation Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and reliable property valuations. Your expertise in real estate valuation, combined with your knowledge of local market conditions, will be essential in assessing property values for various purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Inspections: o Property measurements during inspection.o Assess property features, including size, layout, age, and condition.o Identify any potential issues or defects that may affect the property's value. Market Analysis: o Research and analyze local real estate market trends, including property sales, rental rates, and economic indicators.o Identify comparable properties for valuation purposes. Valuation Calculations: o Apply appropriate valuation methodologies (e.g., sales comparison approach, cost approach, income approach) to determine property values.o Prepare detailed valuation reports, including supporting documentation and justifications. Client Interaction: o Communicate effectively with clients to understand their valuation needs.o Present valuation findings clearly and concisely.o Address client inquiries and concerns. Compliance: o Ensure compliance with relevant valuation standards and regulations.o Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate valuation, preferably within a valuation company. 3 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and techniques. Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
