About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled
Real Estate Valuation Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property valuation, market analysis, and report preparation, while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:
Property Valuation:
Conduct detailed inspections and valuations of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.Market Analysis:
Analyze market data, comparable sales, and transactions to support accurate valuations.Timely Reporting:
Prepare and deliver valuation reports on schedule with 100% accuracy.Client Consultation:
Communicate findings with clients, including homeowners, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Address queries professionally.Compliance:
Stay updated with RERA regulations and international valuation standards (IVS, IFRS).Quality Assurance:
Ensure all valuation work is objective, transparent, and aligned with industry best practices.Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in real estate valuation, preferably in the UAE. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. RERA certification or professional valuation qualification is an advantage. Strong analytical and report-writing skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
