Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with senior stakeholders, effectively presenting design concepts and ideas.
- Lead and manage a team of designers and content writers, both remote and onsite, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
- Foster a design thinking mentality within the team, encouraging innovative and user-centric solutions.
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital applications.
- Oversee the design process from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategies with business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in presenting ideas and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in managing a team of designers and content writers.
- A design thinking mentality with a focus on user-centric design principles.
- Proficiency in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, with expertise in Figma preferred.
- Prior experience in designing digital applications, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
