The Unit Economics manager plays a central role in analyzing and supporting our franchise partners in improving the financial performance of the Pizza Hut Stores.
The role focuses on understanding and optimizing the economic viability of each operational unit. This involves analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability on a granular level, identifying areas for transaction acceleration, cost savings, and efficiency improvements, and providing critical analyses and data-driven insights to the franchisees.
The role will work with cross-functional partners and the Pizza Hut teams to prioritize actions, define goals, establish KPIs, ensure sound execution of plan, and communicate progress with key stakeholders.
You will be empowered to identify profitability opportunities to enable step-change unit economics and to support the relevant teams with execution of these opportunities and sharing best practices.

Conduct detailed financial analyses and benchmarking, examining revenue, costs, and profitability.
Identify key financial metrics and KPIs to assess the unit\'s economic performance
Monitor and manage operational costs, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses
Implement strategies to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of unit-level operations.
Provide insights into areas for improvement and opportunities for revenue growth.
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Use market insights to make informed recommendations for pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
Identify and implement initiatives to enhance unit profitability.
Recommend pricing adjustments, menu changes, and operational improvements based on financial analysis.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on unit economics and financial performance.
Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Deep liaison and coordination with franchisees
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in unit economics.
Collaborate and build credibility with business partners to gain support for analysis and recommendations
Own strategic projects, requests, and/ or analysis, as needed

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required, MBA a plus
Prior QSR experience is highly regarded
Highly proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office suite, especially building Executive-level PowerPoint presentations and conducting data collection and analysis in Excel
Willingness to travel as required
