Summary of the job: Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the sales manager main mission will be the Enterprise market share goals attainment while respecting Janssen strategy and J&J processes. For that purpose, he/she is responsible for the sales team that he/she needs to develop, coach and motivate. Key Responsibilities With the collaboration of the marketing, define and put in place the commercial strategy of his/her products in order to attain the sales objectives of the company: Define sales objectives per region or sector by taking into consideration the annual budget of the business unit and with the alignment of the marketing. Share commercial strategy to the sales team of his/her therapeutic area and ensure the good spreading on the field. Actively contribute to the brand team and work cross function with other departments (sales, marketing, medical and market access) Manage and optimise allocated budgets. Ensure results follow up and communicate them the senior management regularly. Continuously seek new business opportunities and growth proposal that he/she submits to the management approval. Manage, motivate and develop a team of medical representatives Develop and follow his/her team to enable them to attain sales and individual goals (coaching, meetings, one to one calls) Ensure career development of the sales team in order to attain a high expertise level. Ensure a strict follow up of the sales team performance evaluation on the dedicated systems. Identify and develop talents Create transverse opportunity between the teams to challenge the status quo, think differently and share new perspectives. Demonstrate a positive attitude especially concerning engagement, integrity and honesty Ensure excellent ongoing knowledge about competitors Always informed about the latest clinical data on the products of the company. Share and discuss the data with HCPs during field visits. Always informed about healthcare system changes by anticipating potential risk and opportunities and adapt the strategy consequently. Bring support by organising promotional meetings, symposia and sponsorship with external healthcare professionals. Contribute to the development of the market access Contribute actively with customer engagement and Operations manager to the elaboration of competitive commercial offers. In coordination with Customer engagement and Operations manager and appropriate functions, ensure availability of the reimbursement and the commercialisation of the company products at all levels (hospitals, clinics, private pharmacists...) Is in charge of the stock management and the coordination with Customer engagement and Operations manager, in order to ensure availability and accessibility of the company products Meetings with opinion leaders and authorities to ensure a good positioning and image branding of the company Develop strategic relationships, durable and constructive with main healthcare professionals Ensure the good understanding of the customers expectations and the market to ensure the achievement of the sales objectives in the short and long term. Share pro actively and regularly his/her knowledge about the customers and the market with his/her team and peers. Comply with local laws & HCBI guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Policy on Business Conduct (PBC). Qualifications Requirements Studies : Scientific formation Experience: 5 years minimum experience in pharmaceutical industry Knowledges and competencies Demonstrated capacity to animate, motivate and lead and sales force Demonstrated capacity to establish leadership in a matrix structure Strong customer focus in order to elaborate the adapted sales strategy on the field Strong knowledge of the customer needs and dynamics of the market Ability to create durable professional Mastery of the economic and regulatory environment Mastery of communication and negotiation skills Know how to collect and analyse information to build an adapted strategy Be results oriented and energetic Integrity and honesty Fluent in french and arabic For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
