Overview of the role: The warehouse supervisor is to oversee day-to-day operations and plan and conduct training for warehouse associates. Carry out process studies, implement system and work improvements to the logistic support in line with business demands. Assist team leaders in the implementation of various Kaizen projects.
What you will do:

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities
• Monitor and direct flow and/or movement of parts to ensure dock rotation and availability.
• Overseeing the proper processing of daily orders, spreading workload among the warehouse personnel and directing work groups including inbound loads.
• Ensure thorough training/cross-training of all warehouse personnel.
• Measure, monitor and analyse the operational KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and improvement plan.
• Directing, auditing and confirming Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methods based on Warehouse function.
• Ensuring that the warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat, depicting a professional image at all times. This includes assigning and delegating clean up zones as needed.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards

• Understands inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures
• Capable of writing instructions and documented procedures
• Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
  

About The Team: The role will report to the Warehouse Manager and you will be working in a busy Warehouse environment.
What Equips You For The Role:

• Graduation in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory position preferred
