Profile UAE National.Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.6+ years in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and direct sourcing methods.Strong understanding of candidate evaluation techniques and the ability to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organisation.Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting for various positions and levels across different functions, showcasing the ability to attract and secure top talent in a competitive job market.
