Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices to attract top talent for various positions within the organisation.Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and direct sourcing methods.Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to determine candidate suitability, including assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and on boarding, while providing a positive candidate experience throughout.

Profile
UAE National.Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.6+ years in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and direct sourcing methods.Strong understanding of candidate evaluation techniques and the ability to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organisation.Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting for various positions and levels across different functions, showcasing the ability to attract and secure top talent in a competitive job market.
