Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UAE National Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment to lead talent acquisition strategies and initiatives for a leading UAE Portfolio company. This key role will focuses on aligning recruitment processes with business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational goals.
- Lead the recruitment process for senior-level positions and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing requirements and create workforce plans.
- Oversee the employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the respective industries.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Drive diversity and inclusion strategies within recruitment practices.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
A successful UAE National TA Senior Manager should have the following qualities:
- UAE National
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition/recruitment within reputable organisations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and workforce planning
- Comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
