Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR department in all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative tasks. They play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Prepare and maintain employee records, files, and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and leave management.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support performance management processes and track employee evaluations.
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare reports and documentation as needed for HR analytics and audits.
Perform general administrative duties related to HR functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.
