The Operations Executive role is crucial in managing the lifecycle of invoices, customer refunds, and agreements at Hertz, UAE. This position supports both stakeholders and customers through detailed process adherence, focusing on the end-to-end management of invoice submissions, customer refunds, and agreement extensions.
What You Will Do: Invoice Management
Prepare and submit monthly lease invoices for corporate customers via email or designated portal, ensuring accurate and timely invoice submissions for prompt payments.
Generate and share Salik reports and relevant documentation with customers as per agreed SLAs for precise and timely billing.
Consolidate and submit miscellaneous invoices, including those for damages, traffic fines, excess mileage, delay charges, and adjustments, based on the invoice generation schedule.
Customer Management
Manage the customer refund process following contract closures, ensuring excess funds are promptly returned.
Respond to requests for Hertz Agreement Extensions from relevant departments to facilitate billing and contract closure.
Process Security Cheque Release requests received through Customer Support and Collection teams for agreements closed with no outstanding balances.
Stakeholder Support
Support stakeholders and customers by adhering to established guidelines, processes, and policies.
