This role will oversee learning and development and emiratisation programmes to build organisational capability.
Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies.
Design career management frameworks and development programmes.
Execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent.
Conduct training needs analysis and recommend annual training budgets.
Monitor implementation of career paths and talent initiatives.
Assess readiness of successors and link development needs to L&D plans.
Collaborate with consultants and training providers for programme delivery.

UAE National
Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations.
Learning & Development Frameworks, programme management, emiratisation strategies a must
Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred.
