Job Description

This role will oversee learning and development and emiratisation programmes to build organisational capability.

  • Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies.
  • Design career management frameworks and development programmes.
  • Execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend annual training budgets.
  • Monitor implementation of career paths and talent initiatives.
  • Assess readiness of successors and link development needs to L&D plans.
  • Collaborate with consultants and training providers for programme delivery.

Key prerequisites include:
  • UAE National
  • Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations.
  • Learning & Development Frameworks, programme management, emiratisation strategies a must
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred.
