Develop and maintain a comprehensive business process architecture that outlines the interrelationships and dependencies of various processes within the organisation.Conduct stakeholder surveys to gain insights, analyse data, and implement improvements based on feedback.Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to drive continuous improvement and sustain business excellence.Develop and implement quality management systems for product, service, and process excellence in addition to monitoring metrics and drive continuous quality improvement.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments, involving employees in process optimisation and enhancing organisational effectiveness.Assess the operational procedures of the entity, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and providing initiatives and suggestions to improve the efficiency of certain procedures.

Profile
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field.UAE National with Family Book8+ years of proven experience in quality management, business excellence, process architecture, and innovation.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and business process management.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
