The Head of Emiratisation will report into the CHRO and collaborate closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of Emiratisation policies, in line with the company\'s vision and government regulations.
Build and establish the Emiratisation department, develop and execute an effective Emiratisation strategy, aligning with business goals and industry best practices, with the goal of increasing Emiratisation quota.
Collaborate with wider HR department to utilise their operational support to identify Emirati talent, salary benchmarking and Emirati development programs.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention.
Organise UAE National workshops and events and attend career fairs and open days.
Stay informed about labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring the company\'s HR practices are in compliance.
Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and set development plans for employees.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
UAE National with Family Book
7+ years of proven experience in Emiratisation or nationalisation initiatives within the UAE private or semi government sector.
Strong network within the UAE talent ecosystem, including relationships with educational institutions and government entities.
Strong understanding and working experience across all HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, compensations and benefits, succession planning, employer branding, EVP, and workforce planning
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
