Job Description
As a Manager - Business Development you will lead strategic growth initiatives across the enterprise segment. This role is ideal for candidates with Big 4 or strategy consulting experience, particularly those who have worked with and managed public sector clients.
- Define and execute business development strategies to drive growth in new segments and verticals
- Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities through market research and client engagement
- Develop business plans, models, and proposals aligned with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement cross-functional growth initiatives
- Lead client engagement, proposal development, and post-sales support
- Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes for enterprise clients
- Monitor revenue generation and ensure timely execution of business development activities
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master's/MBA preferred)
- 3-7 years of experience in business development, ideally within consulting or strategic roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and public sector dynamics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Work with a high-impact organisation driving strategic growth across the UAE
- Leverage your consulting expertise to shape enterprise partnerships and innovation
